For the fourth year in a row, I am bringing together schools and organizations to help students and jobseekers navigate options for their future. Central Washington businesses are looking for qualified employees, and there are many local resources to help prepare anyone who is looking to take on these positions. The Higher Education and Job Training Expo offers a one-stop shop to provide resources for individuals and students who are ready to graduate from high school looking to further their education and find a career.

The Expo will include breakout sessions focused on tips for applying to college and navigating the student aid process: 

  • Financial Aid 101 from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Help Navigating College Admission from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

The event is free and open to all constituents in the 4th Congressional District to help students and families prepare for their next step.
