Rep. Newhouse Announces Richland Office Location, Staff, and Invites Public to Office Open Houses
Washington, D.C. – Today, Rep. Dan Newhouse (R-WA) announced the opening of a new congressional office location in Richland, WA to assist constituents in the 4th District. Rep. Newhouse also named district office staff and dates for office open houses open to members of the public and media in Richland and Yakima.
"It is an honor to serve the people of the Mid-Columbia region, and I am pleased to announce the opening of a new constituent service office in Richland," said Rep. Newhouse. "I invite anyone who has a question or concern or needs assistance with a federal agency to drop by or contact my office locations in the Central Washington."

District Office Staff:
Sharra Finley, District Director: Sharra Finley has worked for Rep. Newhouse for the past 10 years, both at the Washington State Legislature and the Washington State Department of Agriculture. Prior to working for Rep. Newhouse, she worked for then-State Representative Cathy McMorris. Sharra was raised in Washington State and worked her way through college at Oklahoma Baptist University.
Michael Watkins, District Representative: Before joining Rep. Newhouse's staff, Michael most recently volunteered on Rep. Newhouse's campaign team. Michael grew up in Olympia, Washington and graduated from the University of Saint Andrews, Scotland with a degree in international relations in the summer of 2014.
Robert Bowers, District Representative: Before joining Rep. Newhouse's staff, Robert worked as Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler's campaign manager in Southwest Washington. In addition to statewide campaign experience, Robert also previously worked for the National Republican Congressional Committee during the 2012 and 2010 election cycles. Robert was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Josh Lozano, District Representative: Prior to joining Rep. Newhouse's office, Josh was a campaign volunteer. A proud Washingtonian, Josh grew up in the Lower Yakima Valley before moving to the Tri-Cities, where he graduated from Columbia Basin College and WSU Tri-Cities.
