Dan Newhouse (R-WA) cosponsored the Crime Doesn’t Fly Act to prohibit the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) from accepting ICE arrest warrants as valid identification documents for flying after Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Mayorkas confirmed TSA was accepting these documents as proof of identity.
